Something big in Volume III
Raising the stakes. In CotH Tim dealt with suicide, in 1989 he tried to save April’s friend but failed. What happens in Vol. III (possibly to be titled the Keeper of the Balance.) A friend becomes ill? Goes crazy? All of these things seem cheezy. Tim himself might go crazy, or lose control. Maybe he tries to do something artistic with Shek, like create The Fallen Ones, but Shek slips further...
